It does not provide done-for-you services, guaranteed results, or legal, accounting, or tax advice.

3. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the programme experience. If you are dissatisfied with the programme structure or support, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of your start date, provided you have met the eligibility requirements below.

This guarantee covers your programme experience only — not financial results, revenue outcomes, or business performance.

To be eligible you must have:

Attended your onboarding session
Attended scheduled coaching calls during the 30-day period
Participated in your weekly KPI reviews
Engaged with the programme in good faith, including completing your initial offer audit session

Full refund terms, processing timeframes, and any applicable fees are set out in our Refund Policy and your Client Service Agreement.

4. RESULTS AND EARNINGS

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, frameworks, templates, and resources provided through Success School are the intellectual property of Frey & Co Holdings LLC. Enrolled clients are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own business only. Copying, reselling, or distributing materials without written permission is not permitted.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frey & Co Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the programme. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you under your agreement with us.
