30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind Success School. If you enrol and are dissatisfied with the programme structure or the level of support provided, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of your start date.

This guarantee covers your programme experience only — not financial results, revenue outcomes, or business performance.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify, you must have completed all of the following by the time you submit your request:

  • Attended your onboarding session
  • Attended scheduled coaching calls available during the 30-day period
  • Participated in your weekly KPI reviews
  • Engaged with the programme in good faith, including completing your initial offer audit session

These requirements ensure the guarantee supports clients who genuinely engage and find the programme is not the right fit — not as an exit for clients who have not participated. If you do the work and it is not right for you, we will honour the guarantee.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your start date with:

  • Subject line: Refund Request
  • Your full name and enrolment email
  • A brief description of your experience and confirmation you have met the eligibility requirements above

We will review your participation and respond within three (3) business days. Full processing timeframes and any applicable fees are set out in your Client Service Agreement.

Refund requests submitted after thirty (30) days from your start date will not be considered.

AFTER 30 DAYS

Outside the 30-day guarantee window, the programme fee is non-refundable. Please refer to your Client Service Agreement for full payment and cancellation terms.
